Step 1. Find the front, “heart with thorn” design is the front;
Step 2. Adjust the straps, place “heart with thorn” to the centre of the chest;
Step 3. Click and secure the waist straps at the back; adjust the tightness to your desire;
Step 4. Place arms parallel behind the body, then buckle it up. See photos.
